So that we can release these as crates to the larger ecosystem without resorting to a temporary name like
objc_madsmtm.Reasoning behind the name: The project is a successor to
objc, and at the same time an implementation that targets "Modern Objective-C" which includes "Objective-C 2".I've also standardized
-vs._usage in crate names; the standard practice is unclear, see rust-lang/api-guidelines#29, so I just went with always using_.Part of #33.
