[Bug]: Casting skills with items doesn't work

Current Behavior

Casting with item doesn't work

Expected Behavior

No response

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create itemgenerator with any skills
2. Try to cast skill with that item with cast mode ACTION_BAR

Environment
