Docker wants log output on stdout
…g from the same dir as the virtualenv (may be needed for dockerization)
looks like we can't do the builds easily for some plugins without being in the dir, so add this back in.
(There's a bunch of debug print crap that needs to be removed.) wrap the initialize_db() in a decorator which will, if we fail to connect to the DB, will keep trying 10 times, 5 seconds apart, until finally giving up this will be needed for docker to wait for the DB container to be initialized
