Group Headers #173
Description
When you have a group header and a 1 Colum report this header will be printed (repeated) on the next page.
When having more than one column the header is not repeated on the 2nd, 3rd etc columns but repeated on the next page.
I believe group headers should be repeated on the start of a new column.
