Is there an existing issue for this?

Summary
After connecting a project to a github repository (btw, you should make it clearer you have to pick the project back in plane after adding the integration) I can't see any status or log of what (if anything) has been synced.
Why should this be worked on?
If the sync doesn't happen immediately, it would be useful to know what is happening.
