[bug]: Slack integration hangs

Current behavior

When I try to add slack integration, after the OAuth2 step with Slack, it just hangs with the spinner going forever.

Steps to reproduce

1. Add slack integration
2. Authorize it
3. Spinner goes forever

@sprutner, we've upgraded our Slack integration since v0.12-dev. Could you update and give it a try?

Also, please note that our integrations are still in development. We're about to launch our APIs and are looking forward to the community's contributions to enhance the overall experience. Besides this, what improvements would you like to see in the configuration experience? Do you know of anyone else who's doing this better?

@vihar this is fixed and it is currently on our develop branch we will be pushing it soon to the master attaching the PR #2675 #2684 here for reference.
