[bug]: Sign up is not showing

Current behavior

I don't see the sign up link in the home page

hey @khai-hodfords, if you've upgraded to v0.13.2-dev, you'll need to do some updates to apiserver/.env file.

Please refer this comment, #2395 (comment), If you're still seeing an issue, let us know.

Can confirm I had the same issue here with a fresh setup, the /sign-up address still exists and works, but there's no sign-up link on the login page.

We have identified a bug in the signup process and have successfully resolved it PR Link. You can expect to find this fix in the upcoming update.

has this been resolved yet? See the same issue fresh install, cannot login at all due to the login page not showing the login form but /sign-up page working fine...
