[feature]: Improvement sub tasks

Summary

1. Add the ability to create sub-tasks in non-full screen mode.
2. Add the ability to create multiple subtasks.
3. Add progress bar to the progress bar of sub tasks.
   4.Change the format of displaying sub tasks. So that they are displayed inside the parent
   

Why should this be worked on?

Adding these elements will improve the experience of using plane many times over

Hi, is there any progress on this? Using sub tasks right now feels like a very unrefined experience based on the points mentioned. Especially not seeing in my View how far the sub issues are progressed.

I've mentioned this issue in #8469, it looks similar but that one really is about improving existing sub work item functionality, where this issue is about a new "task list" feature within a work item that is already commonly available in many other issue trackers. I see a lot of value in both though!

But like @user425846 already said, I'm also wondering if there's an ETA on this, I see the last collaborator contribution to this thread was from May 2024...
