[feature]: Date picker should be static in height always

Summary

When you go through the arrows of the different months, if the date picker displays above the selected field, in Plane it will display the arrows and it's very annoying. See here:

Why should this be worked on?

When I want to go to the next year I then have to constantly move my cursor to hover over the arrows. It should work like the following example, which is Google Sheets:

I would also appreciate being able to input the date WITHOUT the date picker. Especially if the due date is many clicks away
