This pull request introduces new features and several improvements to enhance the functionality and user experience of the Gantt chart component.
New features
1. X-axis block move
Users can move a block in the x-axis to the change the start and due dates of the block.

2. Navigate to a hidden block
If a block is hidden on either side of the screen, an arrow will appear, clicking on that arrow will scroll the chart to that particular block. This reduces the effort and time required to search for a block by manually scrolling.

3. Sidebar
Users can see all the issues in a list form on the sidebar.
4. Y-axis reordering
Users can reorder the blocks along the y-axis from the sidebar simply by dragging
