chore: bug fixes and ui/ux enhancements

This PR includes the following enhancements and fixes:

• user profile sidebar stats mutation issue fix for assigned, created & subscribed tab.
• user profile Delete issue mutation fix.
• add buttons hide in both list and kanban in user profile subscribed tab.
• Pre-filled self-assignee for create issue modal added in user profile assigned tab.
• my issue Subscribed issue rendering and mutation fix.
• my issue Delete Issue mutation fix for assigned, created & subscribed section.
• replace View with Display in issue view filter.
• updated activity log message for updating issue link.
• select & Close option removed from shortcut modal.
• redirecting user to my issue when user click on assigned issue stats from dashboard.
• in Active cycle summary page Issue redirection added in High Priority Issues section.
• make the label consistent ui In Active cycle summary page.
• assignee display name fix In Active cycle summary page.
• refactor view label component.
• setting page validation added in both workspace and project level.
