Use remote API to create container

The two things I thought it couldn't do:

1. Name containers
2. Specify links

It can. Note that 2) only happens at run time, not create; meaning containers can be created asynchronously as deps don't matter - bonus!

@makeusabrew it seems that this results in the inability to interact with Docker's TCP socket through an SSH tunnel?
