Need to feed proper location of data files to loader scripts

Some of the database population uses built in mssql commands for smaller datasets contained inside the repo.
These need to somehow have relative file paths supplied them, so they read the proper file.

Would be sensible to insert a path location marker and just do a string replace on run.
