Improve runners #7
Description
The runners are currently preliminary. Neither the slurm nor the bash runner are coded nicely and there's a lot of potential problems.
Therefore;
- Replace the slurm runner by something using pyslurm or generally make it more stable
- Get rid of the bash runner in favor of something using ASE
