Issue template / required info

To facilitate processing/resolving issues some sort of template for issues would be nice.
With more structure it would be possible to replicate behavior & relate issues to fixes /versions.
I'm not familiar with the possibilities github already provides, but I'm willing to invest some time.

eg:

A clear and concise description of what the issue is

To Reproduce

How to reproduce reliably

Expected behavior versus observed behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

Screenshots/Video

If applicable, add screenshots/video to help explain your problem.
If possible add logging output from:

• Journal (eg: journalctl --follow)
• looking-glass for the gnome extension

System to replicate the issue on

• output of inxi -b to have some idea of the system pamac is run on.
• Manjaro [XFCE|KDE|Gnome] Branch [Stable|testing|unstable]
• Arch [DE/WM] Branch [testing|stable]
• Pamac [x.x] Libpamac [x.x]
