Generic module provider

We should align module provider setups from [Nav SDK](https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-navigation-android/blob/master/libnavigation-core/src/main/java/com/mapbox/navigation/module/NavigationModuleProvider.kt) and Maps SDK and distribute this class either as part of the `annotations` module or a separate artifact.
