Bump koltin version (+ tooling?) #52
Description
Capturing from @pengdev in mapbox/mapbox-maps-android#464 (comment), that this repo is using kotlin 1.3.x while downstream we have upgraded to 1.4. This issue tracks updating this repo to 1.4 + potentially updating tooling of the repo as well (to be compatible with Android Studio 4.x).
