Add support for the isochrone API

The isochrone API was last week announced in this blogpost. The API documentation can be found here. This issue is a feature request for adding a new module dedicated to this API.

The API response and structure is very similar to Tilequery API that we've just merged. Basing the work for this ticket on #879 should be a good starting point.
