Maps SDK uses 1.5.31 https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-maps-android/blob/main/buildSrc/src/main/kotlin/Project.kt#L105, I've aligned it. Using 1.6.10 here was causing an incompatibilities on the user side if 1.5.31 kotlin version was used.
