Pixel ratio can cause incorrect scale in scale plugin. #1093
Description
As described in https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-plugins-android/issues/1075#issuecomment-574043283, if user set pixel ratio, it will cause incorrect scale. This issue needs the release of map sdk 9.0.0.
