Encoding issue when using 3.01 #24
Description
The following geojson-vt and vt-pbf versions ouput a .pbf with a non-encoded buffer, :
"geojson-vt": "2.4.0",
"vt-pbf": "3.0.1"
Whereas the following versions ouput properly encoded PBFs:
"geojson-vt": "^2.4.0",
"vt-pbf": "^2.1.2"
