Description
AS A guild user
I WANT TO see the new streamer notifications
FROM the configured live channel
AC1 - Notifications are generated when a stream goes live
AC2 - The notification format is as follows (with localisation though)
{streamer} is now live: {title} - {category} - {link}
Same as 0.3.0. No rich cards for now or extra data.
