Fix windows git bash

Windows terminals (CMD, Powershell and git bash) seems broken

Git bash: `error: process didn't exit successfully: (exit code: 1)` when running without subcommand

Git bash: Getting mode failed. The handle is invalid. (os error 6)
Powershell/CMD: Crashes without information
