How to apply filter over table to get only specific results

For E.g ,I have a attribute called title (single line of text) in USER table

Scenario : say I want to get only the records form USER table where title = MR

there is a field for searching called filterField, this is the field you wish to search within, it could be extended to filter multiple fields if you want to do a pr for it
