Update to seq_io 0.4 #2
Description
Update to the newest version of seq_io (0.4), which will be even slightly faster and offer more features, such as FASTX reading and lays the foundation for reading other formats than FASTA/FASTQ. Investigate, whether FASTX reading could be incorporated.
