[Feature]: Edit Shortcuts

What feature would you like to see?

Let the user edit shortcuts keys combinations.

**Acceptance criteria: **

• Let the user edit keyboard shortcuts
• Let the user reset shortcuts to its original state
• MarkView shortcuts should continue having higher priority over browser ones.

Why is this needed?

Browsers have different shortcuts and Markview overwrite them, for example, if I'm on a presentation mode, and I want to hide my Bookmarks, I usually Ctrl + Shift + B, but that shortcut is overwritten by the show/hide sidebar.

Customizable shortcuts is already on my backlog. It's not a high priority at the moment, but I'll evaluate it further and consider including it in an upcoming release - possibly v3.5.0. I'll update this issue once there's more clarity.
