A worker crash causes the entire pool to crash

Hello!

The manager process does not tolerate a child crash, and the crash then propagates to all linked processes, causing a cascading failure. I think the pool should handle worker crashes gracefully.

I wanted to use supervisors, but I couldn't figure out how to add actors as children.
Or should I just link all the processes to the manager process?

I would probably study existing pool applications to see what they do.
