Git auto puller for Windows

Calls git pull in every repository specified in a line of repo_paths.txt

To automatically execute on startup:

1. Create Shortcut to pull_repos.bat
2. Move created Shortcut to C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
3. Never get unnecessary merge conflicts again
