Is this a consequence of the podman changes, or is this just due to extra tests and Synapse tests taking longer? |

It seems to me like it's unrelated to the Podman changes since for example https://github.com/matrix-org/complement/actions/runs/3092100891/jobs/5002984116 is also failing with a timeout. |

It seems like I can't manage to get a valid CI run in #463 because of that.
