We don't seem to be in any danger of getting a working RTE any time soon, so implement file pasting in the normal composer too.

heh, that's embarassing. i got 90% through this a few weeks ago, but then balked at the point that it handed the clipboard handling to Draft. Ironic if it just needed 5 lines of glue to do the actual management! |

Yeah, I almost did the same, but looked at what draft was doing and figured out it was trivial. |
