Check that images have alt text

We use rumdl to lint our markdown, and it has rule MD045 to yell at us if we forget alt text for images.

We must enable it in our CI.

This finds 484 issues in 150/926 files. Ideally we actually fix all of them with real accessible image descriptions. Realistically we at least want it "from now on" and on any regular content (i.e. can exclude legacy content such as previous blog posts, older docs pages).

We should probably keep a list of what images don't have alt attributes so that, either bit by bit or in one go, we can fix them.

rumdl always produces an up to date list if you ask it to. Are you missing something beyond that?

That's true. I was thinking about possibly making that list more public and more accessible, but it isn't a big deal.
