LGTM!
Might be worth re-adding the bit about MSC stabilization down in the Everything Else section, since that's fun to call out, too, and got lost in the refactor. But your call. FWIW, your previous text was:
We've stabilised identifiers for cross-signing and fallback keys now that MSC1756 and MSC2732 have been merged into the Matrix spec.
