Fix package metadata version The GitHub release/tag is v1.0.0, but the installed Python package currently reports 0.0.0 through pip show synapse_patch_push_rules. This makes automated deployment tools unable to compare the installed package version with the requested release. This change aligns the Python package metadata version with the published v1.0.0 release.
