This is a flask base that is run with python3, flask, npm and node-sass and bulma.
Setup up python3 and a virtualenv. source venv/bin/activate then pip3 -install -r requirements.txt
Go to static folder to set up npm. npm init npm install then, npm start in seperate terminal that can stay open
