New release to drop `birl`

Thanks for the amazing testing framework, @maxdeviant !

I see you updated startest to replace birl with gleam_time, but have not release it yet. v0.7.0 still directly uses birl, and also pins an older bigben version (pulling birl in as a transitive dep as well).

Would it be possible to push a new release?

@maxdeviant just bumping this again. birl hasn't had a release since December 2024 (a year ago), and throws a ton of deprecation warnings during builds/testing.

startest is still directly depending on birl and an old version of bigben (that also uses birl). It would be great to drop birl entirely.

@maxdeviant the latest gleam stdlib removed deprecated functions, including result.then(), which now makes birl fail to build.

birl itself looks to be unmaintained, with no releases since December 2024. A few users have opened PR's on birl to try to update it's deps and resolve the deprecated function calls, but nothing has been released.

As-is, this breaks builds that have startest as a dependency.

You previously put in significant work to remove birl from both bigben and startest - would you mind pushing out a release?

v0.8.0 has been published to remove the dependency on birl.
