Created a UI for a single requirement being submitted that does not have a rems case associated with it.
->To Test: Submit prescriber document, either enrollment or education form.
Added separation if the bundle and ETASU are visible at the same time.
Hover on “view ETASU” on REMS admin page on DTR attached to parent div for more consistent hover.
