Describe your changes

The PIMS system will use the auth number to query for the ETASU status if it is available. This is instead of using the patient and medication. In the case of the Intermediary, the medication patient should still be used even if there is an auth number available. This is because the Intermediary will not know which REMS Administrator to forward the request to.
