Support generic oidc oauth and generic smtp mail servers

If i may suggest - I don't mean to overstep or criticize - it's just those requirements are limiting my adoption and using this: I really like the theming and NextJs is a great choice!

• OAuth:
  Github and Google are both oauth providers, why stick to support only them?
  In my case i have my home server apps setup with my own oidc SSO (Single Sign-On).
  Somthing like authelia/keycloak/authentik

• Generic SMTP
  Why limit emails to RESEND, a standard smtp settings should be enough.
  Any email address should be enough.

• Is my understanding correct?
  No way of creating users, Sign-up/Sign-in without email? even for admin?

Just suggestions - feel free to ignore me.

OAuth

I have been going with Keycloak on my self hosted apps as well, it might be useful addition, I need to think it over how I can add it in a good way because the actual frontend won't support this, it's only for self hosting. Let me know if you have any suggestions for design.

Generic SMTP

I was actually thinking this, but couldn't identify how I can do it. I don't want to change the resend interface but want to give it as an option. Need to think of it a bit more.

There is no admin/admin page or sign up. No creating users.

Yeah, I'm echoing emouawad. These are definitely adoption issues. I plugged my nose, then held my breath and went through with properly setting up Resend. Everything verified and good on their end. I get the API key and setup Wapy in Docker. All up and running, but can't even log in because I never receive the 6-digit code.

Thanks for this amazing looking app, but not being able to login after deployment is painful -- especially when a simple SMTP email option would suffice.

Resend support is replaced with SMTP and released with the latest release. I will drop support for Resend soon. Also tested with the SMTP integration on prod and dev.

In my case i am not using github/google - i have all my apps behind an auth proxy traefik/authentik - i manage my own users. I rather not recreate users inside the app they can just sign in using SSO.
I am sure i am not alone; most home self-hosters use the same flow: authelia/keycloak/authentik
