Limiter to Quantum Entangloporter storage capacity

Describe the feature you'd like

A way to, within the block, set how much of a chemical/gas a quantum entangloporter can hold internally. This way, it can more comfortably be used throughout progression as a way to transport the resource from a single input (such as a chemical infuser) to 2 outputs (such as for ore processing and hydrofluoric acid creation) during times when a player cannot create enough to fill the QE's storage.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Comparators with a chemical tank (bulky, takes up lots of space for what it does, requires pipes in between machines)
building a second setup (takes a lot of space, more power, more resources)

Do you mean per-entangoloporter? The global limit is already a config option

I mean within the world, so without needing to set it in config. For example, the player knows they have 100mb/t of output. they want this to go to both a QE and a machine. The player chooses to set the internal buffer of the QE to 10000mb so that it doesn't take an extremely long time to fill the buffer. I'm aware of the config option, but that isn't something that can be done without the correct permissions, and doesn't allow for variable amounts between different QEs.
