Feature request: remember names and bookmarks

After investigating a file, and creating names and bookmarks, if I exit dz6 that work is lost.

Next time I edit the same binary file, I would like my names and bookmarks to be restored.

Thank you. I've been pushing this back for a while because this adds some complexity. I can think of at least three solutions:

1. Save a local TOML/JSON/YAML file besides the target file. Maybe filename.dz6, filename.toml or filename.ddb (dz6 db) storing this info.
2. Same as above, but save all database files in a single directory, maybe ~/.dz6/databases. This is similar to what x64dbg does.
3. Save a binary database file besides the target file containing this info but also the file content like IDA does with its IDB. Then, dz6 could copy the file contents to this new database at startup and all changes would be done there. The original file would remain untouched and we'd a feature to apply the patches to the original file.

Option 2. needs to take Windows into account as well. Each option has its pros and cons.
