Suggestions for improvement #6

Thanks for creating this nifty tool. I did some improvements (or changes at least) I'd like to share:
- continue without error in case of existing album name or existing photos, this is useful for updating an existing album if photos were added to the folder: veenstrajelmer@5f32d96
- I personally renamed all my folders to "YYYY-MM-DD Event-name" so they are neatly ordered, and I prefer to have the folder name as album name so these can also be ordered chronologically by ordering alphabetically (ordering by date taken is not supported by nx-photos unfortunately): veenstrajelmer@c778f6b. This seems to me a sensible default, and in your comments I think that aligns with your comment about adding an optional argument for the album name. Makes total sense to me.
- I renamed "ow" to "ow.py" since it is a python file, this only changes the call (has to be to ow.py instead of ow)
- I have quite some folders that I wanted to convert to albums, so added a call to convert all subfolders of the provided folder to albums. For this it retrieves the folder list. The code is really not pretty (webdav is not my strong suit), but it does the job: veenstrajelmer@4f17314
Feel free to copy any changes if you like. And of course, also feel free to ignore everything and close this issue.
