QuickClickLock - System Error

Hello,

Today I downloaded QuickClickLock. Windows Defender stopped me but I clicked run anyway. I intend to use this software as a fix for my faulty mouse when animating. I opened it, then get this error message:
`The code execution cannot proceed because ucrtbased.dll was not found. Reinstalling the proogram may fix this problem.`

Any solutions? Thanks.
