Mappings Information is not written to the same directory it is loaded from (PaperToolkit/mappings/)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Render out a pdf and a patterninfo.xml
2. Run the application. Ideally... it should "just work." However... the
patternInfo.xml is not in the right place.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead, we get "Event Not Mapped"
