Add Machine to Machine Endpoints

This might be handy for Services which are only used for service inside a partition for example which should not be used by the cli.

Examples:

• ipmi update
• machine register

With #8 this is proposed. Idea is to have machine tokens which require the machine uuid to be part of every request. And only requests to that machine are allowed.
