Added code to series render function to push necessary data to the dash shader. Added dash property to timeseries.
If it's highglighted a thick colored line is added before the group name.

Made package installable via npm.
Updated 3rd party libraries. Removed Webglimpse namespace. Each file is now a module; added imports to each file. Fixed piles of typescript errors. Should now be importable in typescript from npm package.
