The scope of the plugin

Hello,
I'd like to ask whether this plugin should store how IDE's tabs are ordered with their configurations as well..
I hoped this plugin would solve the issue I have when I create new project, I need to reorder everything and removed tabs that I never use and update each tab's view mode to unpinned. But applying stored layout does not restore what I have configured..
