How to program it:
Throw the USB port of the board.
Serial Console:
USART1 RX(PA10), TX(PA9)
Also have two more USART available.
I2C1 Bus:
I2C SDA(PB9) I2C SCL(PB8)
CAN Bus:

Still Not Ported
On board Button:
PA0
On board LED:
LD3(PB7), LD4(PB6)
Extra features:
This board have a LCD panel that allow you to program it also the driver it've been developed previously, but if you want to use it, you must change the serial console to another USART, because they share some pins.
Another extra feature, is it have lineal touch sensor on board.
