This board have a USB XDS100v2 JTAG debug chip which emulates a JTAG connection through USB and also allow you to connect to a virtual serial port through USB.
But there is a problem, and it's not fully compatible with OpenOCD so if you want to program the board throw USB you can compile the binaries of NuttX and then upload with Uni-Flash which is a online and proprietary tool from Texas Instruments (https://dev.ti.com/).
The other option (and main ) it's to program through the jtag onboard connector with a segger j-link programmer.
There are feedback telling that's possible to do. It'll check it.
Debugging recommendation:
At the moment I'm not been able to connect to the serial console or debug with GDB.
But I'm sure that's running NuttX on the board, because the LED status is correct.
Serial Console:
It have, but it looks that it works through the XDS100 chip, so It's still not working
About the rest of peripheral, apart from the GPIO, any is ported yet.
