- Adds Teensy 4 firmware
- Adds firmware functions to declare the number of analog outputs and the number of bits in the digital output. These are only available in version 5 of the firwmare so that older firwmare will continue to work unmodified.
- This enables to use 8 digital output pins on the Teensys
- Modifies the oirginal AOTFCOntrolled firwmare to have includes for the various DA chips with varying numbers of DAs. Since th combinations are becoming endless, not everything could be tested. This should work most of the time though...
