This PR updates the guided Agent 365 CLI setup instructions to capture an agent’s authentication mode (OBO/S2S/Both) up front and to tailor capability choices based on both agentType and authMode (notably omitting Work IQ for S2S-only agents).
Changes:
- Add a new path-determination question for
authMode(OBO/S2S/Both) and reorder the initial questions accordingly. - Filter the “capabilities” options by
agentType+authMode, and document that Work IQ requires OBO (delegated permissions). - Normalize some AI Teammate path callouts (“AI Teammate path ONLY”).
